Coordinated the resolution of multiple Core L1/L2 issues with Temenos PACS throughout the project lifecycle, covering Transact, Browser, IRIS/API, database and storage components.
Supported Temenos-led investigations through issue replication, ticket follow-ups, and submission of COMO, TAFJ and IRIS logs, OFS Request Details (ORD), and Browser screenshots of relevant parameters and financial/non-financial records.
Implemented Temenos-provided fixes in the affected core or IRIS layer through WAR/JAR updates, configuration changes and parameter updates.
